INTRODUCTIONProfessional Practice simply means to do the practice of work in a professional mannerand professions are the occupations which needs effective and proper training and educationprograms. Various professional bodies or institutions have set the standards and benchmarks thatmust requires to adhere while doing professional practices. This report is made on dental carepractice. While doing professional practice in the medical field, communicator, critical thinker,interpreter, team workers are mandatory in order to have the proficiency. This report is based onHarley Street Dental Clinic (HSDC) which is a dental clinic in England UK. In this report thereis discussion about training event for improving network within organisation. This reportdiscusses about inter- personal communication skills, problem solving techniques, importance ofworking within team and CPD plan. In this report, a Continuous Professional Development(CPD) is needed so that professionals could get the regular inter-personal skills. TASK 1P1 State how different communication style can design a training event Planning is identify as a best example of team management which is essential andbeneficial for the manager to design a training event in an appropriately and effective manner.When developing a training plan, there are different number of considerations. This planingincludes some steps which are determined as under: Needs assessment and learning objectives: It is a first process in which businessmanager needs to identify best method of training. Consideration of learning styles: In order to identify best style of learning is importantand essential in planning of training to the staff members. Delivery mode: It is identify best way and approach to deliver message about theeffectiveness of training program.Budget: It is another important process of planning a best training program to theemployees. It identify the amount of money that business spend on this training program. Delivery style: In this step, interactivity and discussions can be implemented inconjunction with training. Audience: It is a main and essential part of the training planning. It is the role of manageris to identify need of employees about the training program. 1

Content: In this process time management is more essential and effective while managingand transferring all information to the employees about methods of training. Timelines: It is identify timelines about completing training program at workplace. Communication: It is another important and essential part of the training planning. In thiscompany select verbal and non-verbal communication channel in order to communicateall information and data to the employees. Measuring effectiveness of training: It is a last phase which define the importance andeffectiveness of training program to the employees and organisation. Thus, it is essentialfor the worker to improve their performance. It will also significant for the company toenhance their sales and profitability.
