beliefs and motives. Professional identity construct under some conditions that stigmatized
identity of culture which represents a interesting puzzle. This report is based on Marriott which is
an American international diversified Hospitality industry that franchise a broad portfolio of
hotels and related lodging facilities to give many services under one roof. This report is based on
benefits of ongoing professional development of various stakeholders in an organisation. It also
elaborates requirement of specific skills set and competencies for an organisation with assess
capabilities of own to a specific job role. Further it includes learning theories for personal and
professional development by constructing development plan to enhance some skills. At last it
covers job interview with their strength and weaknesses.

Continuous professional development is one of the most important for an individual as
well as for organisation to ensure that a particular person should be competent in their profession
. Personal and professional development is an on going process and continue till professional
career throughout life (Parker and Doel, 2013). That kind of knowledge and skills can be
enhanced by conducting formally and informally conducting training and development programs
to remain always relevant in market place. It is one of the most vital process of professional
development that are relevant in all profession to make it more perfect. Due to the continuous
nature of professional identity that it proved helpful in bringing advance tools and technology
and helps to adopt effective value chain to deliver right value proposition. To make it successful
kinds of approaches proved helpful to enhance level of personality of an individual by giving
proper coaching, training and monitoring each and every activity on daily basis. Professional
identity and practices helpful in giving some important benefits to major stakeholders that are as
