The submission is in the form of a formal strategy plan and report. This should be written in a
concise, formal business style using 1.5 spacing and font size 12. You are required to make
use of headings, paragraphs and subsections as appropriate and ensure that the report is
justified aligned. All work must be supported with research and referenced using the Harvard
referencing system. Please also provide a bibliography using the Harvard referencing system.
The major number of references should be of the years 2017 onwards. The recommended
word limit is 3,500–4,000 words, although you will not be penalised for exceeding the total
word limit.
Font Style and Size: Use A4 page size, 12 point Arial or Times New Roman font with
1.5 line spacing.
Header and Footer: You should insert headers and footers to your report, this makes
it more presentable. The header could contain assignment title, whereas the footer
could contain the page numbers.
Using Footnotes: References and citation should be given in the footnotes, preferably
following Harvard Style Referencing.
Your assignment should be word-processed and should not exceed 6500 words in
length (or 25 pages). Exhibits / appendices are outside this limit
Pages should be numbered (bottom right-hand corner)

Scenario
Learner has been appointed as Corporate Strategy manager by a well-known
organisation. You are required to produce a Organisational Business strategy which
could be used in an operational, tactical or strategic role for organisation through
knowledge and understanding of different theories and models for growth and
development.
You have been asked to produce a macro environmental analysis and strategic
growth management plan based on the use of recognised internal and external
analytical tools.
As a part of this assignment, you need to select one organization from the list given
below. You are required to discuss your selected organization strategy appropriate
for its growth.
To successfully complete this assignment, you need to demonstrate usage and
implementation of various theories and concepts.

The formal report will be comprised of the following parts.
- Define mission and objectives for your selected organization, further
what business strategy is adopted. Identify and implement appropriate

your selected organization (e.g. SWOT, PESTLE). After applying PESTLE,
