INTRODUCTION
Organisation is the process of identifying and grouping the work which should be
perform effectively in order to achieve organisation goals (Atkinson 2019). The present report is
based Tesco plc which is an groceries and general merchandise retailer and its headquarter is
located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom. The HR of the

Introduction to the organisation
The report is based upon the TESCO which is British multinational company which
provide grocery to the consumers (Blackman 2019). The CPD help employees to improve the
knowledge and improve there skills effectively. This report covers aspect such SWOT analysis
of individual and professional. Along with this, gap analysis has been done to figure pros and
cons and improve to perform better in the organisation.
2.2
Analysis of your own CPD
Training and development are the two different aspect where training improve the skills
of the employees It involves systematic procedures for transferring technical and management
skills to the employees. And development come from the training which help in increasing more
and more performance in future.

Explain HPW in the organisation
It means high performance workers in the organisation who work effectively in the
organisation without wasting the resources. This is beneficial for the employers as well as for
employees as it provide appraisal and bonuses to the employees and it help employer to bring out
effective output for the company.
2.4
Different approaches to HPW
There are different approaches of HPW which include extensive training, recruitment and
high pay with the incentives. This will help organisation to produce more and more high
performance workers in the organisation. Individual performance-related pay involves linking
pay to the performance of individual workers.

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been identified that improving the employees
skills will help in overcoming problems effectively. From the research about High Performance
Work Systems it has become apparent that the methods can make the required changes to
achieve this. Human Resource is the main asset of the company that needs to be managed
properly to allow for higher profits and organizational efficiency. There have been use of SWOT
analysis have been done to identify the strength and weakness of the company effectively.
RECOMMEDATION
From the research conducted and results obtained so far, several recommendations are to
be made to act upon specifically the issues that are exploiting low performance within the
system and improve management of the employees. There must be proper training should be
given to the employees as this will help in providing better result for the company. Along with
this new policies should be carried out as it will help expansion and growth. There must be
decentralise system for taking effective decision which help organisation to make profit for the
longer time period.
