INTRODUCTION
Human resource is one of the crucial of part of business which is significant for conducting
different practices and task in effective manner. This includes various activities of organisation
which is significant for increasing business capabilities and potential to accomplish desired
goals. Human resources includes the set of people who make workforce of business as well as
define organisational culture and values. It is crucial that company have appropriate human
resource which is able to attain desired goals and objective of business (Lima and Galleli, 2021).
This report is based on H&M organisation. This is a well known organisation that is providing its
products and services to large market area. H&M company is conducting business practices in
retail clothing sector. This organisation is providing high quality products and services which is
significant for meeting needs and wants of customers. H&M organisation was developed in year
1947 and founder of this company is Erling Persson. Head office of H&M company is located in
Stockholm, Sweden and it is offering its products and services to world wide market area. This
report includes the importance of organisational design theory. Different approaches and
techniques for attracting, maintaining as well as developing human resources has been
determined. Different emerging HR developments has been identified in this report. Apart from
this, how organisational design has responded as well as adapt to change management or
relationship has been evaluated.

Organisational design can be describe as the process of aligning the structure of business
with its objectives in order to increase its productivity and performance. It is very important that
organisation have proper and accurate design which is significant for increasing its capability to
attain desired goals (Mathafena and Grobler, 2020). It has been determined that organisational
design theory play crucial role in organisational structure as well as fulfilling organisational
strategies. Organizational design can be describe as step by step strategy which recognizes
