
Human resource is most important department of firm that is
responsible for managing and handling diverse range of individuals so
that company can attain its objectives.
 Syngenta is a world leading plant science based firm that promote
sustainable agricultural through making best use of innovative
technologies.
 Currently company have operation in more than 90 countries with
2400 employees that are working dedicatedly for growth and expansion
of business.

 Human resources management is responsible for hiring, selecting, training and managing diverse range of employees
to work hard for growth and success of firm. With globalisation and innovation in technologies there are several
emerging HR trends that have affected function of HR of Syngenta in near futures that are illustrated below:
Use of Artificial Intelligence in process of recruitment: Innovation in technology or Artificial intelligences have
make HR work more easier and fasters as now manager can quickly hire right individuals at right place.


It is another method that will help Syngenta HR
manager in future to retained and manage huge data
related to several employees that are working in
organisation.
Like employment turnover rate, chance of absenteeism,
actual performance of employees and their overall
engagement level (Chaudhary, 2018).

performance and productivity of firm so that it can enjoy
