Human resources play an important role in order to achieve growth and development within a
company. For which HR manger of corporation is an essential part as they are the responsible for
opting change manageget & enrich employees in effective manner by formulating strategies.
Additionally, there are various number of methods to encourage and motivates employees such as
training & development, rewards system etc. Such types of approaches help in increasing the
retention rate of employees for longer time also. Moreover, there are certain trends which emerges
currently like change management, artificial intelligences etc.
