This also governs that management must formulates the aim and objective for performing their work to gain desired outcomes within decided time period. The main motive of ASDA is to implement right strategy that leads organisation to manage and build effective workforce in organisation. Along with this it also helps management in increasing their competitiveness by performing all operations in an organised manner.
