INTRODUCTION
• Talent management and retention are two most important strategies that are used within organisations for
maintaining talented employees within the company.
• There is need for appointing right management in order to function portfolio companies. There are some
decision makers within industry who hesitate for exchanging the leadership of new acquired companies.
• There are other decisions related to new executives hired and investors who are provided challenge in
