INTRODUCTION
Aim:
"To understand the importance and implantation of talent management so that there are
going to be higher operations. Case study on: Primark"
Objectives:
To understand the importance of talent management which is existing in industry.
To analysis the competition and implementation of right strategies and measures to gain
competitive edge.
To evaluate limitations for getting talent management in an organization.
To recommend strategies and actions for enforcing talent management in the
organization.
Research questions:
What does talent management in industry mean?
What are the strategies and actions which can be taken by the organization to make the
higher operations?
What are the challenges and limitations which rise in talent management?
What are the conclusions and recommendations which are necessary in talent
management?
Rationale:
Importance of this research topic is because of the competition which is rising in the
market rapidly which has to be controlled and well analysed in command to be able to gain right
attending of customers. Talent management would make sure that there are right actions and
methods which are being used by organization to be capable to gain right attention and working

which is present. This topic is also chosen because of its importance which is existing in the
market so that the demands and needs of the clients are being matched so that firm will be
capable to gain the correct attention. Talent management is a very interesting topic which is
existing which is going to make the right recommendations as well which is good for
implementing changes as well.
Scope:
Talent management has a huge scope in the market which would make sure that right
actions are being taken in the organization for higher outcomes. A lot of researchers and reading
will get the right knowledge on this topic and that would make the standards be higher and make
the working be better as well. Talent has to be well managed in organizations so that there would
be good working and functioning which is present and internal environment of the business is
also going to be maintained. Businesses have to make sure that there are right understanding of
the market so that there are raised transaction and employed which is going to be existing.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
Cost
The cost that is required to execute this project will be £2,500. To make sure that there
are higher achievement and working it is important that right actions are being taken as well.
Time
The time that is going to be required for this project is 3 months to make sure that the
best outcome is received. It is important for all the individuals to have the right understanding
and working so that there are better quality of working that is present.
Scope
The project has to be completed in the right timeline and make sure that the activities are
getting the right attention so that there are higher use of right resources which is going to be
included. Tasks and goals have to be achieved on time so that there are higher outcomes that are
included in the working and performance is going to be as expected.

Resources
The resources which would be required for this project are equipments, people, funding,
time, facilities, etc. so that the best outcomes can be taken out. There is going to be good funding
and working which is required so that there are best outcomes which can be taken out. Complete
project and activities are going to be understood and outcomes are going to be as expected.
Risk
Checklists and indicator scales have to included so that there would be higher working
and performance which would be existing (Locatelli and et.al., 2017). Probability of risks is
going to be well calculated so that the company can get the right attention and working of the
workforce. There is a reputation and standard which Primark is having for itself and that must be
maintained well.
Communication
For this project there will be the use of interactive communication method to make sure
that there will be good sense of direction which is existing. It is important to have a good
communication to reach the objectives and working which would make the working be higher.
All the workforce, stakeholders and clients of the organization must have the right understanding
of the changes which are taking place.
