For international levelthis can help in increment of talented personnel and their skills to work effectively.Development of current aspects, it is necessary to make advancement in recruitment processby analysing reports of multinational companies like Nestle. This is one of leading companiesin food and beverages sector spread in over 189 countries. Its range of confectionary inmarket is consist of chocolates, baby food, breakfast cereals and many more.To understandconcept of recruitment and its benefits, researchers made proper targets and objectives in thisparticular project. P2 Project management plansIt is important to plan overall project in effective manner for achieving businessobjectives as well as to implement changes. As Nestle is enhancing their recruitment,selection and training process. Thus, for this purpose research team have to design projectmanagement plan which help in conducting each and every activity within effective manner.There are some major components included in project management plan like related aims,periods of attaining targets, raw materials, losses and interaction between team members andso on. Explanation of these are as follows :- Project title: “To identify the various techniques implemented by multinationalcompanies to improve recruitment, selection and training of employees to meet internationalrequirement.”Components of related to Project Plan:Cost – This plays an important role in project management plan which help inanalysing cost of conducting overall project. Thus, for completing present project,there is need of approx. £100 by researcher while implementing within business. Withthe helps of this researcher would be able to manage its research within its budget.Time – This part of project management help in identifying time needed forcompleting each and every activity of project within required duration. requirement of 7 weeks by researcher in this project for executing new HR practices.Along with this management division need at least one month. Scope – It I related to the scope of developing modification in business in relation ofprofitability, competitiveness and productivity. In relation to this, implementing latestHR practices will assist nestle in improving their productivity as well as also inmeeting international requirement. Respective project will only benefit Nestle forlong period due to which they will able get better oppotunities as well as also gaincompetitve advantage which will give tough competition to its competitors.Quality: The data collected while conducting questionnaire was effective as whileperforming this research, researcher came to know about different views and opinionsabout clients. This questionnaire will help Nestle in understanding needs andpreferences of customers so that they can produce products accordingly.Risk – As everything involve several risk, same as this research project also involvesome risk within it. As it is making modification within HR practices may impact onbusiness strategy as well as overall working of organisation. Along with this,recruitment and selection may result in negative impact on the culture of organisation.Thus, Nestle needs to develop sound policies for reduction in chances of issues andnegative impact on organisation. Communication – Face to face communication plays an important role to analysecustomer's views by their body language, which is compulsory for project manager toconduct it for completion of activities and desired outcomes.One-waycommunication will help researcher to get instant result from clients. Along with this,they can mail their employees regarding their task and many more. Because withinthis procedure effectual decisions will be taken through suggestion of each and everymember. Thus, Nestle can apply this process for minimising changes for conflictswhile applying modifications in staffing process. Resources: While this research is in process, researcher used resources such asstationary, data from secondary sources, internet and many more. Theser resourceshelp researcher in conducting thier research effectively.

P3 Work breakdown structure and Gantt chartWork-Break down structure is framework that assists in spliting complex processesinto smaller groups. After identifying issues in project WBS helps in inducing project nameand its aims and objectives and so on (Mamic, 2017). With the assistance of WBS organisationis able to divide overall project within manageable parts as well as result in gainingobjectives within effective criteria.When activities of project sectioned into small parts researchers used different techniques likePERT to identify time required in completing the project(Thomson and Thomson, 2017). Forintroducing title of project it require 15 days and to prepare aims and objectives 18 days arerequired. In addition to this, days are alloted for preparing methods, gathering and analysingthose cmethods for research. This entire procedure will take 32 weeks.
