“How do different culture influence talent management approaches taken by companies”. A case
study on Captify.
INTRODUCTION
The main purpose of conducting this research project is to evaluate the concept of talent
management along with how different culture influence talent management approaches that was
taken by companies to gain successful results. In every organization workforce is the main and
essential asset that highly contributes on the success of business enterprise. Talent management
defines as a procedure of attracting and retaining talent for a longer period of time. Within an
organization culture highly influences the talent management approaches such as rewarding,
compensation etc. so that employees are satisfied by working and attaining long term advantage
for company benefits (Gardas and et. al., 2019). This research project undertakes the small and
medium size organization that is a Captify in London, UK. Captify is a medium size organization
that established on 2011 that generate around 1 million profits in their first year of operation. It is
a type of digital media business that specializes in search retargeting. This company develops
specialized technology platforms to businesses. In this organization the numbers of employees
are 197 that are working for attaining profits and revenues. This organization mainly focus on
building high profitable results by offering best digital services to other world class businesses.
This study the aims and objectives along with project management plan. This report explains
research methodology and data analysis so that valid conclusion is to be drawn at the end of this
project study. The finding based on primary and secondary research helps in presenting a viable
recommendation for company so that it gain higher success in different culture by using effective
talent management approaches.
