Managing of projects is a process which starts with planning of project and finished at
completing of pre-set goals and objectives of project. Whereas, globalisation is a process in
which integration between nations increases that also includes trading of goods and services
across the boundaries. It also supports the organisation in expanding its brand image at
international level through determining market conditions and its complexities. In reference with
this project, a researcher is hired by firm who will conduct the research for company's
globalisation. Present assignment is based on British Telecom that is engaged in communication
sector and provides its services throughout the world. This report will discuss about objectives
and aims of projects along with project management plan. Several kind of research methods, data
collection method along with some recommendations will also be provided at the end of research
which defines company should globalise its business or not.

This project research is related with positive economic, cultural and ethical impacts of
globalisation on various business departments of British telecommunication. For this topic, I
have chosen qualitative method of research through this relevant outcome can be received in less
amount of time. Along with this, I have also used primary data collection method so that reliable
and accurate information can be gathered for the topic of research. 40 respondents are chosen by
me who are stakeholders, employees, customers of organisation for executing research
effectively. I have also faced several issues like lack of funds and time, irresponsiveness of
respondents etc. In order to overcoming these issues, I have been supported by my colleagues
and persons so that adequate funds can be arranged for completing research. For overcoming the
issue of time, I took help from WBS structure to divide each activity of research in small
components so that relevant outcomes may receive within pre-determined framed time. In
addition, for getting responses from the respondents I brings all respondents into confident and
asked them that their any information wouldn't be leaked in any manner. The positive things
which was identified by me during the project were effective support of my teammates which
encourages me in achieving each objectives of project in time-frame.
CONCLUSION
The positive impact of globalisation has been concluded from the above research which
in turn leads the firm expansion in another nation. In addition, Project management plan is also
marketing department so the requirements and wants of new customers and business
institutions can be identified properly.
