Introduction The main aim of this study is that talent management is the process by which different business and business environment. That recognise and developed some talented people who can give the positive impact on their organisational behaviour and productivity of the company. Talent management is the process which is used as the main role of human resource management team. Many other leaders or managers who needed to fill gap in between the vacant positions and employees of the organisation (Björkman and et.al., 2017). The main reason for choosing this topic for conducting a research is to evaluate the basic understanding about the challenges which are face by organisation if there are ineffective talent management procedure. In order to complete this assignment the chosen organisation is Compass group. It was founded in 1941, headquartered in Chertsey, United Kingdom. This organisation is chosen as it is related to the customer oriented and the need of talent management is most important for their growth. Literature Review To evaluate the approaches of talent management within organisation As per the view of Barrierie, (2020); this is very important to recruit the right staff within organisation which are important for the company to sustain and make high profit within market. This is not luck by chance step, this is the step which are used by complete analysis and planning before implementation. As because one candidate can upgrade the service of the customer and enhance the opportunities of business. While at the same time they become the reason for failure of organisation (Jose, LaPort and Trippe, 2016). To understand the concept of talent management and their challenges which are face by the organisation if they not follow up regularly in the proper sequence must be understand by the organisation (Linking talent to value, 2021). This is very important for the organisation like compass group to work accordingto the tasteand preference of customer. Different organisation has different relation with the change management which are affect the growth of organisation and their employees. This is very important to try and find best approaches which can be used within organisation and make effective result in terms of wealth and behaviour. According to Barrierie, talent management is the never ending process which are effective and useful for all the type of organisation either private, public, or any NPO. To identify the challenges, face by the marketing sector within organisation if there is ineffective talent management There are different challenges which are face by the organisation, that if they follow the talent management procedure effectively or not. Most of the organisation does not follow the procedure of talent management process and this will lead to ineffective approaches and obstacle that face by the organisation. According to Andre, (2021), most of the organisation are make an open battle in the search of talent management. But when they are not able to follow the procedure of talent management within organisation then they could be face different type of issues and challenges within their organisation either internally or externally (6 CHALLENGES OF TALENT MANAGEMENT, 2021). While working on the challenges face by the organisation in food industry are they are not able to provide sufficient services which are needed by customer. This would be come in the path of success when the employees of organisation are not work properly or provide their best service to their customer. Another challenge that may be face by Compass Group is
they are not able to find the gap when they are actually needed to find and recruit the staff. This will lead to dis-satisfaction in their employees. This will lead to the miscommunication within organisation (Michailova and Ott, 2019). With not having proper communication channel will lead to ineffective production and slow down the growth of organisation. Another obstacle which are face by organisation is to not decide right recruitment procedure and invest high amount of expense in recruiting the employee rather than training and development. All of these challenges or obstacle are face by respected organisation. Issues which are discussed above are must be solve by the organisation. Firstly they should plan properly and make a consistent review on the employee’s performance within organisation. This step will help the managers and leader to analysis the function and growth of an employee who are working and giving their best within organisation (Muriithi, 2020). Furthermore this help the company to analysis and review about the top best employees who are working and giving their best within organisation. While knowing about different employee’s performance it is easy to provide them reward or appreciation that make the high level of motivation within organisation (4 Effective Talent Management Strategies, 2018). All of these strategies are useful and appreciated by the company and their employee for the use of effective talent managementstrategy.After analysingthe different solutionsor strategiesin order to overcome the challenge of ineffective talent management. customer. This research is based on the objective of the company which has main aim is to prevent some major issues and evaluate their talented people within organisation. Deliverables-The deliverable outcome of the company is to make successful approach and ready to make understanding different talent management strategies in order to overcome challenges. Communication:Thiswouldbehelpfulinconductingresearchandmakeproper communication with teacher and mentors for accomplishing the task and complete basic research methodology. Resources:In order to complete this project the researcher complete a deep analysis and research outcome which are needed to primary and secondary research source. Different tabular form of data, different kind of books and journals which are used to access the sources that provide different concept of talent management. Quality:The best quality are used in order to complete that research, which are effective in their useful resources and applicable for the growth of company (Ott, Tolentino and Michailova, 2018).
