1. Project Description
Main objective of this project is to create the project plan for building project because
you have been contracted by client under the AS4915-2002 Project Management – General
Conditions contract as the Project Manager internally appointed by parent organization as a
project manager for a building project. So, we are plan and consequently manage the
construction of LC-01A building project. The project management plan is completed by
using MS project. These are will be discussed and analyzed in detail.
2. Project Parameters
Here, we will outline the project parameters for building project plan. These are listed in
below.

Communication of project information
It is used to specify the communication of the project information and its plan (Chatfield and
Johnson, 2015). It is illustrated as below.
Quality
It is used to specify the project efficiency, capabilities and effectiveness of project results.
The quality is used to measure the project quality and it will be measuring using six sigma
approach known as the DMAIC methodology. It is used to measure the project corrective,
preventive and defect repairing options. It is represented as below.

and where that needs to be recorded.

variance, means, shape and spread.
Root Cause Analysis
It is used to identify the issues which cause the
problem and analysing the solutions available
for it.
Improve Pilot
It is used to testing the project on a small-scale
sample so that it can be extrapolated and
understood.
Control Control Chart It is used to provide the Understanding of
variations that happens over a period of time.
Lessons Learned
The cumulative knowledge gained from doing
the project which needs to be summarized and
documented for further improvement and use in
future project and studies.

Change Management It is a System methodology which is used to
apply changes in the project.
Time frames - It is used to specify the project duration. It is presented as project
management plan.
Cost - It is used to specify the determination of cost that a project will most likely consume to
be completed. It is presented as project management plan.
Project resources – It is used to specify the project resources. It is presented as project

3. Project Management Methodology
In this project, we are using the Agile software development methodology which is
used for a project needs the extreme agility in project requirements. The agile development
has following key features such as it is short termed delivery cycles, less restrictive project
control, agile requirements, emphasis and dynamic team culture on real time communications
(Daley, 2014).
4. Project management tool
In this project, we are using the Microsoft project management tool which is one of
best PMBOK tool to create the project management plan for LC – 01 A building project. It is
most popular project management tool which is used to provide the effective project
management plan for building project. It is help managers plan, execute and control all
aspects of the project management process like PMBOK processes.
