This report has concluded that the implementation of AI will fulfil the goal of the company that is to enhance the membership retention ratio. On the other hand, in order to fulfil the purpose which is related to ensuring the healthy living of the people, here, the people themselves have to work on the treadmills and they themselves have to lift the weights for achieving their fitness purpose. AI can also resultant in enhancing customer experience, people themselves have to work on their fitness goals to achieve fitness.
