INTRODUCTION Organizational design is basically the systematic methodology that mainly recognizes the various dysfunctional aspects of the work flow, structures, systems as well as procedures and thus develops a plan for implementing the new and defined changes. The main aim of this report is to analyze the importance of organizational design in ARM holding Plc.
