The use of ICT within this sector has transformed the procedure for the
benefits of the customers as well as the travel agencies. ICT within the industry of
tourism has a major affect within the change of internal strategies within the business
and thus renders them to much flexible kind of changes. This would also help them
in adapting to the new needs within the market.
There are various form of online portals of tourism sector, which have
redefined the experience of travel for customers. These online portals have the
potential of organizing and thus distributing tourism inventories to particular clients.

would firstly perform their online research and thus would book tickets on behalf of

Based on the fast implementation of ICT within travel businesses, it could be
discussed that the travel agents would be able to stay in constant touch with their
customers with a wide variety of mediums such as e-mails and mobile devices.
Accessing the venues of travel, the various bookings of airlines and hotels at real-
time is a huge beneficial factor for the customers.
