This article explores the potential effect of team value diversity on team process and effective job performance. It discusses the concept of team diversity, potential impacts of team value diversity, factors of working in diverse environment, and how to handle culturally insensitive situations. The study has explored the comprehensive framework which accounts the elements of human values. Findings show that diversity value in team mates has no great significant effect on job performance. Moreover, diversity with different value dimensions had unique impact on team process. Outcomes are consistent it represents that few diversities related to process result which is more resemblance gives outcome in great team cohesions and it also few conflicts can see.
