INTRODUCTION
Ethics are the moral principles that guides an individual as well as corporate to work
under the framework of moral duties. Ethics are the important element that are required in every
aspect and sector of the world. Along with ethics corporate social responsibility (CSR) is one of
the major concept which is required to be implemented by every company in order to ensure
their response and responsibilities towards the society. Likewise, teamwork and collaborative
work also make the difficult task to easy along with raising the productivity of the project. This
report will discuss the concept of ethics in case of an individual and business organization along
with its roles and concerned regulations. The second section of this report will discuss the
concept of CSR along with discussion of issue that employees face when they join new
organization. The last section will throw a light on the concept of team and collaborative
working and its associated aspects.
TASK 1
A) Ethics and factors influence ethics
Ethics:
These are concerned with the moral principle which guides an individual and its
behaviour to represent its feelings and perspectives. These principles also guides an individual to
differentiate between what is right and what is wrong. It is one of the essential part of the life of
an individual that taught a person how to make different personality in front of society. It is to be
noted that it is not only helpful for an individual, but the applicability of ethics requires
everywhere including business and the companies (Babić, 2020). This means that ethics also
plays an important role in the world of corporate and business sector.
Factors that influence ethics:
There are various factors that can influence ethics. Out of them some are:
Personal code of conduct and ethics:
This is an important factor that influence an individual behaviour along with influencing
the business ethics. Individual code of conduct means an individual perspective and behaviour
towards looking at the society. It is important factor because it is not essential that an individual

thinking and perspective will be moral and ethical from societal perspectives. So this factor has
influence over the ethics.
Legislation:
This factor also plays an important role in converting unethical behaviour of the business
towards the society. This means that government also made and implement various laws in
consideration of business ethics. These laws will guides the business and companies to perform
their work within the ethical consideration. This means that legislations will positively influence
ethical behaviour.
Social pressure:
This is also an important factor which pressurize the companies in positive manner so
that they can in-force ethics in their working operations. As per this factors when companies
indulge in unethical practices and start producing unhealthy products. Then this will rise
customer opposition which will lead the companies to be ethical.
Ethical climate of industry:
This means that if the entire climate of the industry is positive and ethical then this will
also guide the concerned companies to be ethical and positivist.
B) Importance of workplace ethics
Apart from individual, ethics also plays an important role in guiding the business to take
care of the society. Ethics guides the companies by which along with operating their business
they can take some positive moves towards the society along with keeping their activities within
the ethical framework so that it will not hurt the moral values of the society (Iavicoli and et.al.,
2018).
Along with these workplace ethics also plays an important role in:
Promote teamwork and co-operation:
Ethics plays an important role in promoting teamwork spirit and co-operation. Since,
ethics is that thread that binds good values. So, this helps the companies to develop the feeling of
co-operation along with team spirit.
Build positive image:
Implementation of business ethics in the companies will help them to build positive
image among the audience and customers.
