individual. The household are spending lesser income over meat and dairy products as people are adopting trend of being vegan. According toSantini, and et. al., (2017), The number of vegan people are increasing in UK and by this year the number will reach to 132% in overall manner. In the current time being vegan is hitting the sales of animal based milk as well but at the same time decrease in consumption of dairy milk beverages. In Britain more than 11% people had ever tried vegan diet which is the major trend which is minimising the meat consumption. The poultry firms are not having much to put in their business due to which future of these businesses are associated with huge issues. Vegans are becoming vocal and aggressive and in this manner own diet as in current time consumers prefer to develop their food as accordance with their demands and needs. Vegan diet is one of the latest trends which is having adopted by mass audience in order to develop habits which are not leading to develop any negative impact over the environment. In this manner this can be said that as the practices and trends of veganism in increasing the trend of consuming meat products are decreasing. This is regarded as the bad phase for the industry of meat and dairy due to which these industries are not dealing with much profits and sales in higher manner. What are the advantages and disadvantages of vegan trend over environment and society? AccordingtoTwine(2017),whenvegantrendisbeingfollowedthennumerous advantages and disadvantage are seen for environment and society as well. People with vegan diet are required to be extra cautious as they are not able to get zinc, calcium, Vitamin D and many other acid s and minerals. Vegans are facing high risk of Vitamin B12 which is the major reason to develop several neurological effects that are irreversible in nature. Potential reports say that vegan and vegetarian diets are leading the way to minimise greenhouse emission. A global plant based diet is providing reduce mortality and greenhouse gases which are caused due to food production. When plant based diet is requiring having higher amount of soil which are used in order to grow soil. Soils are acting as consistently developing crops and releasing greenhouse gases which are tapped in healthy and soils. According toLund, McKeegan, Cribbin and Sandøe (2016), several studies have shown that vegan diets are providing more fibre, antioxidants and other beneficial plant compounds.
These are also rich in potassium, magnesium, Vitamin A,C and many more. If all people will go vegan then food related emission will go down to 70% which is a big reason and people are developing significant reason to attain health benefits. for environment. So the objective of this report or research is to develop understanding linked with providing information regarding both of these aspects and industries as well. On the other hand objective of this research is to gaining knowledge in respect of data collection and methods of research methodologies. By gathering knowledge related with data collection and other research methods this could be easier for researcher to gain knowledge and to understand their future researches as well. The evidence related to the research topic is linked with the data which is gathered using primary and secondary analysis. Using primary data methods first-hand information can be gatheredwhereasusingsecondarydatain-depthinformationiscollectedusingalready researched data. The research proposal has gathered information using literature review as major sources in which viewpoint of several authors in order to gather appropriate and relevant results. The research is framed in such a way that framed that every aspect can be covered and research objectives can be attained. The research project is managing with timely manner as this has included with several timelines linked with every stage. This is easier for researcher to execute research as accordance with these timelines so that any delays and mis-communication can be avoided and at the same time research objectives can be attained. Besides this sticking to these timelines and boundaries are a difficult task which is leading to develop certain negative points related with research and its aim as well. With the help of gathering information in timely manner all the dimensions related with research can be analysed and attained in easy manner which is leading to gain research objectives as well. D) METHODOLOGY Research paradigm:Research paradigm is defined as such dimension which is assisting the research to gain appropriate knowledge in respect of research topic. This is associated with such dimension in which appropriate and related information can be collected and in this manner significant conclusion can be framed. Research paradigm is providing reflection related with variousassumptions(Lundahl,2020).Therearetwotypesofresearchpositivismand interpretivism. This research is undertaking positivism as the research is based on qualitative research so this research would be able to gather appropriate results. Methodological approach:Research approach is defined as such dimension in which processes and plans are being executed. Using research approaches various plans and actions can be linked

for major investigation of research. In this manner pre-defined objectives to the research can be attained in most effective manner. There are two types of research approaches such as deductive and inductive. Under this research deductive research approach will be followed as this approach is linking the research to gain statistical knowledge related to research topic. Methods:Research methods are defined as such type of research methodology which is assisting in gaining research insights. Research methods are of two types such as qualitative and quantitative. Under this research quantitative methods are being used which is helpful in providing statistical knowledge regarding research topic and at the same time reliable and authentic information can also be collected. Using this method will lead the researcher to acquire such assistance within research in which research objectives can be accomplished in better manner along with including scientific knowledge. Techniques:Techniques are defined as such processes which are used in order to collect information in such a way that the same can be measured and collected in order to frame research objectives in appropriate manner. Using research technique researcher may collect data and attain research objectives as well. There are various methods that can be used under research technique such as primary and secondary. Under this research primary data and secondary techniques are used so that to develop approachable and related information to the research. Sample size:Sampling is defined as the process which is helpful in gathering information from various participants out of total available population so that to attain research aims and objectives. This is helpful in assisting in order to gain appropriate findings so that research objectives can be accomplished(Wells and et. al., 2017). Sampling is a technique in which impactful procedures can be executed. Sampling is of two types such as non-probability and probability sampling. Under this research random sampling is used so that to provide equal opportunities to every respondents. The sample size is taken as 20 which is helpful in gaining research outcomes. Target population:Target population is defined as drawn sampling out of total group so that to acquire research objectives. With the help of target population various information can be gathered by researcher so that to develop appropriate insights. Using such approach to define target population so that to attain and develop research objectives. The target population under this is organisations those are working under meat industry.
Equipment: Research equipment’s are defined as such dimensions which are used in order to collect information in order to align with research objectives. Using research equipment overall results in most effective manner. Data analysis:Data analysis is defined as the tool which is used in order to analyse collected data and to frame research objectives as well. In this research frequency distribution table will be used so that to analyse gathered information effectively. Access and ethics:Research ethics are defined as such practices and aspects which are used within the research investigation so that to attain research objectives in prominent manner. These ethics are helpful in gaining effective results out or proposed research objectives. The major ethics is to gain consent of all the participants so that in proper manner confidentiality can be maintained (Graham and et. al., 2019). Besides this data protection is another ethics which is exerted while performing the research. This will be helpful for researcher in order develop research path. Limitation:The major limitation of this research is related with time frame due to which research process may be delayed. Research limitations are having direct and indirect impact over the research (Murli, 2020).
