organisation and among all the branches.
Introduction
In the increasing interferences of all the countries into another country’s business. With the
increasing, change in macroeconomic factors such as political changes from where new
policy and visa actions came into play. Millennial employees (“Y” generation) has
transformed and changes the business operations as per their comfort ability. The people of
this generation strives to make the working condition a bit easier and flexible at the same
time. The use of digital teams has reduced the cost of establishing infrastructure. Although
both either implementing or not implementing the concept of virtual team can have both pros
and cons. maintaining a virtual team among all the five places can act a cost saving strategies
(Lockwood 2015, 137).

With the increasing cost of travelling for the business tours but in this era it is easy to remove
the concept of physical offices. It emerged the concept of virtual teams that millennial
workforce and changing information visa regimes has disrupted the physical world. Most
organisations have realised that solution to reduce the cost for operation of business in
Melbourne, Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Bangalore. The decision related to the formation of
the virtual marketing team rather than maintaining in-house teams can provide flexibility to

the staff members. Accordingly, the opportunity to communicate with the colleges in the
widespread business physical evidence (MSG 2018).
Virtual teams is the best approach for the companies that can look for global talent and
expertise according to budgetary requirements. Setting up of virtual team can save from
political challenges that a business has to accomplish before thinking of infrastructure in
other countries (Hoch, & Kozlowski 2014, 390).
. The reliability factor of hiring through virtual teams is always higher as compared to direct
outsourcing factors. Moreover, employee`s performance can be tracked and the delivering
quality can be checked only by employing the workers through virtual team. Virtual
employees payroll in the company`s for short term. After accomplishing the goals the teams
generally disperse. As a marketing manager, I strongly support virtual team because making
and designing templates and videos to induce the customers to buy the product. whereas, as
referred to India, where there still exist a restriction for a women to work. In order to utilise
their talent and hiring them at low cost according to their ability (Reddy 2018). They will not
be bound to the work for the whole moreover; they can just delegate their couple of hours on
making templates and various virtual team meetings. Current incoming workers are very
much dependent on technology and are tech-savvy. They always want to attain and get more
benefits and things in less time. Therefore, they always seek to minimise their time wasting
elements and work as a virtual team to avoid unnecessary talks that generally happens in in-
house teams. Various tools can be used as a source of communication even when there is no
face-to-face interaction. People can use Skype for instant or pre-planned meetings. Moreover,
Google docs is another important source to deal with the deadlines (Ferrazzi 2014).
Some of the more benefits that can be attained only through virtual team. Although, it
reduces several social problems such as discriminating people on the basis of racial, caste,

gender, and high level of creativity. It also promotes people on the basis of heterogeneous
backgrounds, creation of various opportunities and competitive advantage. The flexibility that
comes with the establishment of virtual team is unmatched. As it gives an ability to change
the configuration as per the ever-evolving business challenges. Virtual team can be arranged
anytime it is just important to schedule a meeting time that is convenient to everyone in the
team. Staff from different locations can participate. It does not demand a physical room.
Other collaboration channels with different features makes the formation of virtual team easy.
With reasonable cost of establishing a business, virtual team is only the way to best
communicate with the staff members especially in digital world (MARS 2018).
Conclusion
From the above advice to the managing director of the company, marketing manager suggests
that employing virtual teams can be beneficial to the organisation in terms of cost saving,
problems while meeting the compliance of other countries. Adopting the concept of virtual
marketing teams can reduce the cost of infrastructure and it will be able to grab more talented
people from the entire globe just through virtual teams.
