multinational financial services corporation which is headquartered in Foster City, California,
United States. This company facilitates electronic funds transfer in all over the world. Visa Inc
is basically a global payment technology company that works to enable consumers, business es,
governments and banks to use the digital currency. The present report will cover discussion
about the key subjects which involve motivation and leadership of Visa Inc organisation. In
addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the improvement in these two aspect of the
particular organisation. Moreover, the report also covers discussion about certain criteria' s which
needs to be addressed for purpose of change into an organisation.
MAIN BODY
Visa Inc is basically an American multinational financial services corporation that
facilitates electronic funds transfer in all over the world. They mostly facilitate through visa
branded debit cards, credit cards and prepaid cards. This company basically does not issue cards,
extend credit or set rates for their consumers. This company was launched in September in the
year of 1958 by Bank of America as the bank Americard credit card program. This company also
provides financial institutions with visa branded payment products that they further can be used
to offer credit, debit, prepaid and cash access programs to their customers. In all over the world,
all Visa transactions are processed through company's directly operated Visa net as one of four
secure data centres which is located in Ashburn, Virginia, Highlands Ranch, Colorado, London,
England and Singapore.
The two key subjects which needs to be improved for Visa Inc organisation which
includes motivation and leadership. It has been observed within Visa Inc organisation that it is
required that employees of Visa Inc needs continuous motivation so that they can achieve their
targets into leadership.
