sector agencies are working in UK that are effective in their services. They offer various services
to different groups of customers depending upon various market segments which can be
understood as-

companies. In this segmentation, market is divided on the basis of demographic factors like
Income, age, gender, family, background and ethnics and cultures. Through this, such
organisation can provide useful information to large number of customers in better way. Like
people of different age group have different choice and wants (Cheung, 2013). Kids and
youngster like to visit some exciting places but older aged people like to explore some religious
and historic places.
Geographic Segmentation
It is most effective segmentation that helps the company to provide useful information so
that they can provide better treatment at various destination. People visit the places who are from
different geographical areas. They have different tastes and desires. Many travel and tourism
industry covers climate if the services and goods rely on season like snow excavator, Warming
pavements salt, surfing and boating etc (Cheung, Fok and Fang, 2014).
Psycho-graphic Segmentation
It is a complicated way to segment market into small parts. In this market is divided on
the basis of lifestyle, attribute and way of living. It is required for National Tourism Agency

share in effective way. This is essential for them to offer product and services according to life
style of different people so that satisfaction can be increased.

Different people have different choices related to place and services. Visitors who are
from rural area have different needs as comparison to the individuals who are from urban area. It
is required for such organisation to provide all the basic facilities at various destination so that
large number of people are attracted toward such destinations. There are some of the
motivational factors that have vast impact over the choice and wants of people. It is required for
cited organisation to consider motivational aspects in effective way so that they can encourage
large number of customers toward various destination. People face some issue at destination so it
is important to eliminate such factors so that it do not create negative impact over the mind of
customers in relation to services of the organisation (Coghlan, 2012).

Overcrowding-
When many people visit the same place in a day then it results into overcrowding. It is important
for the management authority of such site to manage the crowd so that it can't have negative
impact. It has negative as well as positive impact. When number of people get increase then the
chances of revenue generation increases and sometime, they make damage to the property as
well and create mismanagement.
