Judges play the important role as they protect the rights and freedom guaranteed under the Canadian charter. This rule applies to everyone whether private or government. Not only has this but it protected the fundamental rights of the people inclusive of security of persons, property. . Representative Government and essentials of law Yes, rule of law is important in democratic society. Firstly, understand the term democracy. Democracy, the common people have the power to elect their government. It emphasis on how people select those will hold the power whereas the Rule of law (RL) focuses on how political power will be exercised. The Rule of law (RL)suggested that every individual of the country is accountable in the eye of law, which includes creators of law and government authorities who are in the position. According to the writer AV Dicey rule of law has three meanings. The first one is regular law is superior to arbitrary law. Arbitrary powers example is voluntary power of tribunals and official. The second one is equality before law, which means the officials are also bound by the same law. The third one was that the constitution is result of common law not of any constitutional tool(Reddi, 2013; Reddi, 2013).The essential of law applies limitation on the capacity of the governing authority in the absorption of distinctive freedom and that to become productive; The rule of law is a productive valuable in democracy because it encourages the following authority and trust because these values personify what quality governance and representative government stand for. It is not sufficient to itemize the necessary characteristic of democracy when there is no faith on those whose ruling the state(Bhingam, 2011).When essential of law is properly, being executed and people form the trust on the government. Trust could only be developed when the boss are being leaded by a practical rule of law in the soul of safeguarding good governance for the state.

The rule of law is equal to everyone. In the democratic country people of the country chooses their representatives and they always want a corrupt free country and having the rule of law in the country will be fair enough for all the members of the country whether they are authority or common people. This should always be followed by all the countries in the world because of it is purely fair if any authority or any individual commit any crime than the law will be prevail equally. This is the benefit and importance of the rule of law.
