Introduction
The paper mainly focuses on the development of a project plan for the organization “Yes
chemist “that mainly aims to develop an SAP/4HANA. The project plan was mainly created in
order to keep the entire project on track. The plan that was developed mainly includes
information about scope, business case, project schedule approach, budget, risks,
communication plan as well proper elaboration about the resources that are required for the
project.
Project scope
Aim of the project: The main aim of the project is to implement SAP/4HANA for the
SAP business of the organization in order to integrate accounting, procurement as well as
analytical modules for giving better services to the customers.
Project objectives: The objectives include:
