Introduction
The project execution plan for project “SAP in Yes Chemist” is developed that defines the
scope and the need of carrying out the undertaken project. The need of SAP implementation
project is to considerably reduce the operational issues that the organization has been
facing. The project plan identifies the scope and the business case to justify the needs of
execution of this project. The project plan further identifies the risks and the communication
strategy that will be followed to ascertain that the SAP project is being pulled off in a planned
way.
Project scope
The project aims in deployment of SAP S/4HANA for SAP Business All-in-one for the
pharmacy Yes Chemist Pty Ltd. The in-scope of the SAP project is indicated below-
 Delivering as well as installing the necessary hardware
 Installing and Configuring the SAP system
 Testing of the system
 Training to the head office staffs along with the inter-state store pharmacies will be
provided
The aim of the SAP project is to fulfil all the above functionalities. The deliverables of this
SAP project and their associated quality standards are indicated in the matrix below-

Requirements Analysis The detailed requirement of the project is
needed to be gathered
Preparation of the server Room The demolition and server room preparation
should take no more than 15 days
Data Conversion The data conversion should be linked with
the legacy data structure.
Testing of the Functional Modules The testing phase should be linked with
each functional modules
Training The training should be completed prior to
the launch
Launch Delivery and installation of all the hardware
and system configuration should be
completed prior to the launch.
Assumptions: The deliverables will be met within the set timeline
 The project will start no later than 25th July 2019
The main constraint of the project is that training will be delivered only once and there is less
scope of project maintenance.
