The website design is to be done for the organization as Native Bush Spices. The
organization is based out of Australia and deals in the manufacturing and retailing of
the native spices and herbs from the country. There is currently no presence of the
organization on the web platforms. It has therefore become essential that the web
presence is made and the same will be done through website design. The website will
include the login, view, and purchase as the major functionalities (Fageha and Aibinu,
2013). The content of the website is complete and it has been done by PR Pulse, a
Public Relations Company. There are quotations from three different developers that
are available.
Background Information
The website that is being developed for Native Bush Spices Australia is a new site.
The organization does not have any websites or web applications prior to this one.
The company has decided to introduce the website as web presence has become
extremely significant to enhance the customer base and have enhanced market shares.
The organization has the following goals for the website.
 The website shall increase the customer base by at least 45%.
 The website shall be completed in maximum of 14 weeks and under the

 The website shall provide the organization with competitive edge in the

privacy at all times.
 24x7 availability must be ensured by the site.
Target Audience
The target audience of the website is the people of Australia that are cook on a daily
or frequent basis. The website also aims to target the small and medium scale eateries

and restaurants that may require spices in abundant amounts. The customer profile for
the non-commercial customers includes the people of Australia from all the genders
and in the age group of 18 to 65 years.
The products on the site will be reasonability priced and the new customers will be
offered with attractive discounts and deals to attract more number of customers. There
will also be background information included for all the products so that the
customers understand and get attracted towards the products.
Content
The organization is based out of Australia and deals in the manufacturing and
retailing of the native spices of Australia. The organization is in business since past 12
years. Some of the most popular products offered by the organization are Bush
Tomato Ground, Bush Tomato Mountain Pepper, Forestberry Herb, Bush Tomato
Whole, Aniseed Myrtle, and several others.
The site map can include the About Us section follow by the Product Catalogue and
details. Order details and payment options with the option to modify the items in the
cart shall be present. The user account details and contact information must be
included thereafter.
The content will be put on the site to provide the customers with the information on
the products manufactured and retailed by the company. The customers shall be able
to browse through the products and select the desired ones for purchase.
The content of the website has been prepared by a Public Relations Company called
PR Pulse. The content is in line with the requirements and expectations (Kamau,
2015).
Call to Action
 The users shall register themselves on the site to get associated with the
organization.
 The primary aim is to let the customer view and purchase the products from
the site and pay for their respective orders using secure payments.
