Background
The project plan is reflected on developing a company website for Native Bush Spices Australia to
increase their business services among overseas market like Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. The
target customers of the company are those are enjoying gourmet foods. The main purpose of this project
is to increase their sales of organic Australian native food products. It helps the customers to meet with
demands as well as expectations so that there is an increase in business sales and create brand
awareness.
Objectives
The objective of this project is to complete the project work on scheduled timeline with its estimated
budget. Proper documentation of project reports is also required to communicate with the stakeholders in
weekly project meetings. The developed website should assist the system user to use website. As Native
Bush Spices Australia is manufacturing and retaining company, therefore the website should assist with
user’s operations.
How the success of the project will be measured
