Marketing plan refers to an operational document that present an advertising strategy that
organisation execute to generate leads and reach to the target market. In this the functions and

is helpful to operate business (Samoray, 2021). To complete this market plan Weetabix Ltd is to
be undertaken that is highly responsible for manufacturing breakfast cereal brands, Alpen, Ready
break along with they also offers puffins cereal and Snackimals Snack in their bakery division.
Company also focus on providing mini vegan flakes with organic plum favour and to introduce
that product in market, manager of Weetabix develops a marketing plan so that more profitable
results is enjoyed.

base of customers are to be attracted towards it.

USP of company is very prominent to attract and retain customers for longer time period.
