a. The policies and process to be included within WHS management system at Australian
Hardware includes security and protection instructions for workforce so as to minimise the
uncertainty from injuries and accidents at work. This WHS management system will even
include protection behaviour benchmarks that need to be practised by staffs working at
Australian Hardware, the expectations from staffs in terms of welfare and security within the
firm, the procedure to be practiced in events of accident reporting as well as process to be
practiced in context of incorporation WHS management systems across all Australian Hardware
outlets.
b. The adaptations and modifications which are needed within current policies and process are
integration of security instructions and expectations for all workers at Australian Hardware so as
to lessen the occurrence of accidents and injuries at work. It even needs to include controlling
