INTRODUCTION
Development of an understanding about the professional practices is considered to be
important for every individual training to teach in the further education and skill sector. It
involves analysis of various educational policies and practices that affect the nation's economy
and growth of individuals in getting education from colleges. Professionalism has been
considered as the level of excellence or competency which is expected from a professional.
Present report is based on analysis of Bexley College in order to provide knowledge,
understanding and skills relating to wide professional practices in the field of education and
training. In this report, values of professionalism and professional values in education and
training have been discussed along with the policies relating to it (Fairclough, 2014). Moreover,
learner will also get understanding about the ways to contribute towards the improvement of
quality and assurance arrangement of Bexley College. Further, various roles of stakeholders and
external authorities in education and training are also determined along with the impact of
accountability towards them on curriculum design, delivery and assessment in the own area
specialism. Evaluation of training program is also accomplished by taking into account various
ways of quality maintenance of own organization along with the areas of improvement in
learning programs.
