It is essential for every person who is conducting work in education and
training sector to conduct professional practices and development as that
will help them in enhancing their skills as well as abilities in effective
manner. While conducting work in a specific sector there are two concepts
i.e. professionalism as well as dual professionalism on which a person's
specialism is based on. The respective presentation is based on specialism
i.e. teacher of a specialist children as well as topics covered in this are

Concept of professionalism
Professionalism is considered as behaviour, attitude and conducted to someone
in a business environment or work. An individual doesn't have to conduct
work in a specific profession in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of
qualities as well as characteristics of a professional.

Concept of dual professionalism
Dual professionalism is determined as deep concept understanding, knowledge as
well as expertise in learning and teaching processes and matter. It is mainly
matches with the expert of subject skills as well as knowledge. The concept of
dual professionalism is based on professional body which is determined as
body that mainly regulate teaching standard of a specific subject in training and
education such as chartered science, chartered accountant, special child teacher

practice in an area of specialism
There are several professional values which need to understand and adopted by a
teacher or any other professional in order to conduct work in best as well as
effective manner. In respect of specialism of teacher of special children there
are several professional value which need to considered while conducting own
practices. Be creative is first professional values which need to have when a
person is teaching a special children because through that they able to deliver
quality lecture which can be understand by special children properly and
effectively. This will also help special children in understanding the things
more easily and remember it for long time duration successfully.

By analysing above mentioned topic it can be summarised that for there are
different concept in the education and training which need to consider i.e.
professionalism as well as dual professionalism. It is essential for a person to
understand their specialism so that they can determine where their job
considered as professionalism or dual professionalism. It is so because there
are several different concepts are considered in the professionalism as well as
dual professionalism according to which person need to perform their job or
duties so that they satisfy others. In addition to this, a teacher of special
children need to considered as professionalism as they need need to perform
their duties or responsibilities in effective manner.
