INTRODUCTIONDevelopment of an understanding about the professional practices is considered to beimportant for every individual training to teach in the further education and skill sector. Itinvolves analysis of various educational policies and practices that affect the nation's economyand growth of individuals in getting education from colleges. Professionalism has beenconsidered as the level of excellence or competency which is expected from a professional.Present report is based on analysis of Bexley College in order to provide knowledge,understanding and skills relating to wide professional practices in the field of education andtraining. In this report, values of professionalism and professional values in education andtraining have been discussed along with the policies relating to it (Fairclough, 2014). Moreover,learner will also get understanding about the ways to contribute towards the improvement ofquality and assurance arrangement of Bexley College. Further, various roles of stakeholders andexternal authorities in education and training are also determined along with the impact ofaccountability towards them on curriculum design, delivery and assessment in the own areaspecialism. Evaluation of training program is also accomplished by taking into account variousways of quality maintenance of own organization along with the areas of improvement inlearning programs. TASK 11. 1 Concept of professionalism and dual professionalismProfessional values are more important to business related beliefs and principals thatguide occupational group behaviour. It may inculcate ethics, practices and standards to improvethe market share. There are some changes in norms and commercial environment. Thisprofessional value is to be used in the specialization of occupation and branch of learning. Thismeans someone is known about on a particular filed. There are some factor is give impact onregular practice and make some changes in overall development in market activity. Meeting organisational policy: In this context, organisational policy gives impact onprofessional values and makes some changes in the overall development in the market.Some policy in an internal working environment to be used that is given effect toprofessional development (Fairclough, 2014). Promoting quality in teaching and learning: -In the education sector depends on thequality of teaching and make some changes in overall development. There are many waysto improve the learning style in the education sector and make some changes in overalldevelopment. There are using some academic programme is provided guidance abouteach and every activity in professional development. Updating skills and knowledge: - In such kind of factor some updating knowledge andskills is most important in education sector. To be updated in regular bases aboutprofessional qualification (Hays, 2016). On the other side, regular update and increaseknowledge is most important for improvement in future time period. Updating specialist knowledge and skills: - In education sector, regular updating andsome changes in more useful to overall development in market. Some personal andpractical skills are useful in education and training for new customers in the workingenvironment. In the dual professionalism sector are a teacher and trainer and dual- professionalism toprovide the guidance in each and every sector (Albion and et.al 2015). There are some changesas per the need of market value and improve the overall development in professionalism sector. 1.2 Ways in which own professional values influence own practice in an area of specialismThere are some ways to give direct impact on the future development in overall educationsector.
