INTRODUCTION The report aims to analyses the development of teaching throughout in this profession. There will be focus upon educational policies, accountability to stakeholders, policies and code of conduct and organizational requirement will be discussed in the report. TASK 1 1.1 Define the concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and training Professionalism is all about behaving in a right and wise manner in teaching. It is believing that the student learns what they see and feel around them so it directly impacts on their mind and development of their key values and behaviour. Therefore, professionalism is an ability to enhance own potential in a specialised way which will impact on whole career growth in the teaching. An individual possess professional values attributes, knowledge and skill to promote the same in the students and make their future bright. It is a main motive of a teacher to make internal and external development of a child. Professional value refers to good ethics respect towards others maintain integrity and respectful behaviour towards own education and training. Whereas professional attributes are those which an individual must have while working with others and learning in the same classroom (Kintu, Kitainge, and Ferej, 2019). This could include collaborative working, teen building comma professional communication and concerned towards other. Also professional knowledge and skills include how to treat people and work with them. This include time management skills team building and collaboration are the most important skills that needs to be a part of teaching profession in order to guide and instruct students for build their capabilities and knowledge. In my own professional career in Business and Management, I have much attributes and skills such as believe towards equality and
respectful behaviour. I always promote integrity and honesty towards education as it will be remaining forever with the individuals in all areas of their life. Also I give respect to valuable communication and treating people with you respect is the main value which an individual must causes while learning. Therefore, I should have all the knowledge regarding my area of field that is business management. Being a professional teacher would be a matter of great expertise and knowledge to work with other professional as well. Dual professionalism is all about working as a teacher on the basis of professional and experts. When these people could not be able to serve education in all the areas So the teacher play this role in an effective manner. Working on the behalf of other experts is called as dual professionalism in which the teacher must have all the attributes, values and knowledge about how to behave and manage learning towards the whole curriculum (Connolly, Milton, Davies, and Barrance, 2018). Therefore, in order to showcase combined skills which an individual have which is another term of dual professionalism? Therefore, I have both business management and teaching qualification which make me able to play a professional role in an educational institution. I understand and have knowledge about how to teach student for their better development and provide business related knowledge to cover an important topic in area of subject. In my professional business and management, I provide all the knowledge about businessrelatedactivitiesandcasestudiestopromotekeepbusinesscapabilitiesand management skills among students. I could easily understand and evaluate learning style of different students to make them better understand about the concept. 1.2 Explain ways in which own professional values influence own practice in an area of specialism There are many ways in which a teacher can have own professional values in the teaching area of expertise. My own professional value could impact positively on teaching me business managementstudies.Thesevaluesareallaboutcodeofpracticeseducation,attitude, responsibility and equality towards others. I will promote studies as an interesting way of learning about various business practices (Ledman, Rosvall, and Nylund, 2018). Therefore, working with partnership and employers will have great impact on educational institution that will show much collaboration and effective use of resources. In the recent time of covid-19, the educational sectors have declined their performance and growth but then the hope of retaking market share has become possible through online opportunities and e-commerce platforms. These are the decisions and Solutions provided by the partners and employers who are much closer to the current modern environment of business in education and training. The students are undertaking use of technology and expert training which give them competencies and knowledge regarding their subject area. Through own evaluation of skills and capability in learning programmes, there are many areas which require improvements in the learning programme. This shows that, I need to improve my time management skills. This demonstrates that, learning programmes must be beneficial for the account of evaluation. I must focus on communication practices while engaging students in learning programmes. Also, I need to look for equality and delivery of the programmes so that all the learners can take participate in It by maintaining good collaboration and cooperation.
