The report aims to analyses the development of teaching throughout in this profession.
Teaching is important and a continuous life long journey which provides an individual
knowledge, skills and information. It shows that, there are various roles and responsibilities
which a teacher needs to fulfil while guiding students. There is requirement of effective practices
that would lay emphasis on political social and economic factors in teaching while behaving in
professional manner (Tomlinson, and Jackson, 2021). This report is going to analyses the
professional and dual professional values in order to ascertain growth and development. There
will be focus upon educational policies, accountability to stakeholders, policies and code of
conduct and organizational requirement will be discussed in the report.

Professionalism is all about behaving in a right and wise manner in teaching. It is
believing that the student learns what they see and feel around them so it directly impacts on
their mind and development of their key values and behaviour. Therefore, professionalism is an
ability to enhance own potential in a specialised way which will impact on whole career growth
in the teaching. An individual possess professional values attributes, knowledge and skill to
promote the same in the students and make their future bright. It is a main motive of a teacher to
make internal and external development of a child. Professional value refers to good ethics
respect towards others maintain integrity and respectful behaviour towards own education and
training. Whereas professional attributes are those which an individual must have while working
with others and learning in the same classroom (Kintu, Kitainge, and Ferej, 2019). This could
include collaborative working, teen building comma professional communication and concerned
towards other. Also professional knowledge and skills include how to treat people and work with
them. This include time management skills team building and collaboration are the most
important skills that needs to be a part of teaching profession in order to guide and instruct
students for build their capabilities and knowledge. In my own professional career in Business
and Management, I have much attributes and skills such as believe towards equality and

institution. I understand and have knowledge about how to teach student for their better
development and provide business related knowledge to cover an important topic in area of
subject. In my professional business and management, I provide all the knowledge about
business related activities and case studies to promote keep business capabilities and
management skills among students. I could easily understand and evaluate learning style of
different students to make them better understand about the concept.
