Defining the concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and training
The concept of Professionalism in teaching is mainly defining about possessing various
qualities for educating students as by collaborating, adopting and delivering various lectures
while teaching the business management in the classroom to all the learners. Professionalism in
teaching plays very important role as it helps me achieving success by acquiring various
professional abilities with incorporating with the behaviours. With using the knowledge and
skills helped me in teaching effectively to all the learners about the concepts of business
management. With using my knowledge and skills assists in teaching effectively and the positive
attitude in teaching supported in educating effectively with using various resources as of the
lecture notes and the handwritten notes to all the learners in the classroom (Abiogu and et.al.,
2021). Professionalism in teaching and educating students mainly comprises various components
which aids in supporting and providing effective teaching to all the learners these mainly
increasing the compassion, commitment, confidentiality, team working, and educating with all
the ethics.
As while using various skills for teaching the business management to all the students
aids in communicating effectively to all the students this results in learning and educating
effectively and creates environment of promoting independent learning (Díez and et.al., 2020).
As sharing the knowledge to all the learner with providing the academic knowledge in the proper
and systematic manner aids in delivering all th lectures in the professionalism with following all
the code and conducts and providing theoretical and generalised knowledge related to the
business management concepts and approaches.
The concept of dual professionalism aids in combining their knowledge and expertise for
obtaining the excellent training and learning experience to all the learner. While for teaching the
business management to all the students this aims in adapting various practices for teaching and
educating learners and providing and developing new skills. As the dual professionalism aids in
teaching and providing better learning to the students as it is the vocational teaching. This mainly
helped in developing better understanding in the learners about the business management. This
concept mainly helped me in teaching by improvising the students with clarifying their doubts

and problems with delivering the lectures in the best possible way (Dickinson, Fowler and
Griffiths, 2022). As providing knowledge to all the learners with adopting the code of conduct
helped me in designing the appropriate resources which helps in fulfilling all the rules and
regulation for delivering the lesions according to the set curriculum. This improved my
professionalism practice for teaching and educating the students. Further the membership in the
professional bodies supports my professional practices, as it aids in providing the latest
knowledge to all the students with using various approaches for effectively teaching and
educating students (Behin, Esmaeili and Assadollahi, 2018.). Further, with acquiring the QTLS
supported me in providing the professional knowledge to all the learners with quality and aids
designing and adopting all the resources for learning in the efficient manner.
Explaining ways in which professional values influences the practice in an area of Business
management
Professional values are mainly comprising the abilities and characteristics used for
teaching and educating students in professional manner. These are mainly the code of conduct
for the behaviours used for educating students in the classroom. The professional values mainly
involving the respect, justices, equality, trust, respect and integrity (Goodwin, 2021). These
values influence my teaching practices while educating students by the business management in
the classroom. As while delivering and educating various lessons of business management to all
the students speaking in politely manner and communicating to all the students in fair basis aids
in influencing the practices in teaching and educating students while delivering various lectures.
Also, communicating and treating all the students in fair manner by analysing their end term
performance and results without biasness aids in influencing the professional practices. Further it
helps in addressing all the needs of the learners while educating into the classrooms by fulfilling
the positive environment needs and addressing all the problems faced while learning and
attaining various classroom lectures.
Further more, the professional values mainly influence my teaching and educating
practices by building better relations and mutual relationships with each and very students as for
creating positive learning and teaching environment in the classroom (Habibi and et.al., 2019).
Further more, providing all the lecture notes equally to all the students fairly, as after delivering
various lectures. This mainly helps for encouraging the independent learning as by supporting
equality and fair basis in teaching and educating students in the classroom. Further the

professional value as of integrity aids in providing and influencing the values which is used for
delivering various lecture to the learners, as while teaching about various concepts and principles
in classroom providing clear and proper information as for supporting the learning and
developing lectures with ease. With being honest helps in building better relations and helps in
creating trust and gaining faith from the learners in the classroom with delivering lectures and
honestly working and giving opinions to all the learners about their performance. As by
providing the honest feedback without biassness in teaching and educating students helps in
motivating learners with improving their lacking areas in performance. Moreover, the
professional values as of being responsible moulded my working and teaching practices as by
reaching on time, working and delivering all the lecture within the time frame as for motivating
students for encouraging the independent learnings at home. Also, by being responsible helped
me in structuring learners personality by improving the lacking areas with providing feedback to
all the students with analysing the end term and mid performance by taking various tests .
Moreover. The professional values influenced my teaching practices by being more
diligence while delivering various lectures in the proper manner. Also, engaging all the students
in classroom by organizing various fun activity for mitigating the boardness and engaging
positive and enthusiastic learning environment. Also, these values changed my teaching
procedures as of designing various resources for teaching and encouraging learning to the
students in the classroom helps in achieving the gaols by properly delivering various lectures to
the students. As adopting the teaching resources as of handwritten notes, hand outs, giving
presentations for providing visuals about the detailing of various business practices while
teaching the business management to all the students.
Also the professional values aids in changing and influencing the amassment of students
after delivering all the lectures. This helped me in assigning by adoption various technique with
using formative assessments and submittive assessment tests. As by providing various questions
for solving the business management assignment (Mills and et.al., 2021). Thus, the assessments
of students mainly helped me in analysing the students' performance. With assessing all the
students helped in improvising the performance and aids in better learning for th students in the
classroom with constructing feedback for taking various exams.

TASK -2
Social, political and economic factors influence education policy
As we all know that there are varieties of factors that will influence educational policy,
such as economic factors, political factors and social factors. A small change in policies made by
government can influence the performance of educational sector. A small change in economic
factors such as financial related matters can influence the educational sector and the performance
of learners. Hence, it is said that each factor is interconnected with each other. Nowadays,
policies related to education is totally depends on the social view, power and availability of
budget for spending.
Social- the view point of society can influence the educational policy. The news channels,
the point of view of people, media has a significant impact on education. It has been said that if
media report any kind of issue in a negative manner, then this can cause difficulty in society.
Due to this, people may protest and want to fix things by demanding things as per their
convenience relayed to education (Sancar, Atal and Deryakulu, 2021). If people listen each other
negative point of view, then this may influence the policy related to education. Nowadays, more
demand for new courses and programmes has high impact on educational policies. Schools and
colleges have to be very active and grasp those opportunities to attract people interest. However,
The current educational policies that are designed by the organization consist of creating the
curriculum framework where the best learning opportunities, training and development sessions
and growth is provided to the students in accordance with the national and internationals
standards.
Economic- due to change in interest rate, national budget and policy related to education
people have to suffer many issue. Over the last few years the education budget has decreased due
to the government need to make significant changes (Acosta and et.al., 2019). Due to this public
have to suffer from issues like lack of resources, unavailability of funds and less support to
provide development. If the income of parents is low, then they can’t afford to student’s
education career and won’t be able to provide them benefits. While on the other side,
socioeconomic factors such as education level of parents can also influence the quality of
education. Which means that if the parents of students are well settled then they can easily
improve life circumstances.

Political- the development of educational policy may be influence by political factor such
as ideology related to politics. The government increased the age that people have to stay in
education which is full time education. In order develop career the students must have to follow
apprentiship schemes and effective skills with knowledge before pursuing any professional
career and entering into the working field (Acosta and et.al., 2019).. An improvement of this
policy was increased by the current situation of society such as rise in unemployment for
students. Due to educational policy that is individual must have to learn about subjects which is
very important for their professional career.
Current educational policies
The educational policies have various impacts on the curriculum as these policies mainly
affects in designing and providing various lectures and learning resources which helps in
fulfilling all the essential rules and regulations. The policy which is mainly followed in education
in according to the CSA. This policy mainly states in providing education to all the students till
the age of 16 . As by creating the curriculum framework these policies aid contributing as by
designing all the essential notes with appropriate standards for achieving the goals of the learners
). Further the policy related to the vocational qualification aids in designing the curriculum for
providing the education for developing the career areas with acquiring wide range of knowledge
and skills which helps in addressing and fulfilling all the job opportunities need. The policies
related to the learning and providing better employment this aids in affecting the standards used
for addressing and providing the education to all the learners.
The learning for eduction policy impacting in designing the curriculum used for
educating the students in the classroom as it aims in designing all the lecture notes and
curriculum must address the policy for providing the education for future employment to various
learners. Furthermore, the policy for designing the curriculum as of providing wider skills and
promoting the literacy and numeracy in the education. Designing the curriculum is impacted by
these policies, this policy aids in designing the curriculum which aids in addressing the
requirements for developing and acquiring wider skills in the learners while teaching with using
various resources in the classroom for the business management. Thus, designing the curriculum
is impacted by various policies as of its framework, must be promoting the vocational teaching
and providing wider skills while educating with using the curriculum and aids in improving with

providing assurances and improvements in teaching with designing appropriate curriculum for
teaching the students in the classroom about the business management subject. Thus, adopting
the educational policy impacts and aids in improving the skills of learners and helps In
developing theory competency while learning in the classroom about the business management.
Describing organizational policies, codes of practice and guidelines
The current organizational policies that are designed by the organization consist of
creating the curriculum framework where the best learning opportunities and growth is provided
to the students in accordance with the national and internationals standards. Also, the polices and
the code of ethics so the Oxford University is to ensure health and safety of all its students
through installing the safety ensures at the workplace for avoiding any kind of unforeseen events
in the future. Further, the university has introduced the strict guidelines where the all the
information relating to University or the students would not be shared to any other third party by
the staff or the student (Acosta and et.al., 2019). Also, if in any case it is found out by the team
than particular student or staff would be charged against the law and would not be considered the
part of the University. Furthermore, University follows the practice and code of conduct through
providing accessibility of relevant information and organization resources to each and very
student that wants to know anything about the organization. Also, it ensures that are all task that
are carried out for the students are transparent enough so that there is no baisness. Furthermore,
the university have codes of practice where equality and diversity is maintained so that every
student is able to grab the best opportunities and each individual students opinions are respected
and viewed in best of manner. Also, the organization is identifying the roles and responsibilities
of each of its member staff so that accordingly required training programmes might be developed
within the university.
Thus, it can be said that University through timely review ensures that all the work is carried out
systematically and education level that is been provided to the students is according to the
national and international needs. Furthermore, code of practice of the University is in way that
integrated approaches are been adopted so that students are able to access to the latest of
information and are also University is able to work according to the current local education
framework. Also, the policies that are currently followed in the University acts as decision-
making process through which certain educational work is been carried out. Furthermore,
following such type of guidelines and code of practices the organization is able to ensure that

there is proper uniformity, stability and accountability to various people that are part of the
organization in some or the other form. Thus, it can be said that it is very important for the
organization to have proper growth through laying down the framework that is not only powerful
for the students but also for the working of the staff so that greater opportunities would be
explored in new areas and the bes manner.

Role of stakeholders and external bodies in education and training
There are various stakeholders that are a part of the education and trainings and are
highly interested in the activities that are undertaken by the university to make the students learn
and grow in the best manner. Also, the major category of such stakeholders includes external
customers that are interested towards the organization, training providers companies that look
forward being the part of University programs and much more. Furthermore, the role of
stakeholders is to remain interested in the current curriculum that is followed under the
university to identify whether the best teaching practices are being followed for the students and
also skills are developed or not at end of each course (Jensen and Konradsen, 2018). Moreover,
another role of the external bodies is on University working in terms of technology used,
identifying the presence of integrated learning opportunities, alternative approaches for the
assessment, current quality assurance procedures used etc.
Thus, these stakeholders ensures that University is most suitable enough to work
according to the current education system and is highly flexible to the current training and
educational environment and its working. Also, the stakeholders' role is to identify whether the
current organization procedures are able to meet quality assurance education procedures or not
and also helps in providing valuable suggestions to the improvement for the same so that
standards are increased against the other universities that are providing various specialized
courses to large number of students (Wang and et.al., 2018). Thus, it can be said that specialist
staff business management course, IT support, physical and human resources etc. are also
considered as the parts of the stakeholders that allow the University to reach certain heights of
the success within the specified time frame. Also, the new scheme of offering sponsorship and

grants that are provided by the outsiders for the university growth and development and
organizing of various task is also comprise major group of stakeholders in education and training
Accountable to stakeholders and external bodies impacts on your organization
It is very important for the organization to remain accountable to its various stakeholders
so that they are able to maintain the interest towards the university and also eager to look to the
new projects that are developed by the University for betterment of the students. Also, through
proper accountability organization is able to meet the required targets. Moreover, they are able to
hire skilled, qualified and experienced staff that are able to work according to the current
educational policies and procedures (McGrath and et.al., 2020). Also, being accountable helps
the organization to make stakeholders updated about various information related to the university
is the form of email and messages so that they would be able to assure that University is
performing in the right direction. Further, accountability to stakeholders helps in the offering the
tailor made qualifications that would further help in raising the goodwill of the organization.
Also, the stakeholders provide the relevant problems and situation occurring after the data is
been provided by the University officials so that current curriculum design might be reviewed to
assure the working of the organization to up to national standards of education.
Moreover, it positively impacts the working of the organization as officials are able to
link and build connections with the best industries that would be able all its currents students to
grab better opportunities in the future thus increasing the goodwill in long run (Lucas,
Pinnington and Cabeza, 2018). Furthermore, through ensuring better accountability the Oxford
University would be able to identify needs of the development for more professional approach
and would be able to update certain things that are currently present within the University
program so that students are able to get best out of the training and develop better relationships
in the future. Also, accountability might be through presenting the regular students' performance
reports, new achievements accomplished, activities that are present for the betterment of the
students etc.
Identifying why it is important to work in partnership with employers and other stakeholders
It is very important for organization to work in partnership with employees so that
resources might be shared in the best possible manner along with minimizing certain risks that
are associated with the placements so that every student are able to have the best development
opportunities in the future (Uppot and et.al., 2019). Moreover, through partnerships the company

is able to have the quality assuring programmes so that all students are able to gain the maximum
benefits out of the business management course in the University. Also, through partnering with
the right employers and other stakeholders the organization is able to identify alternative learning
routes that might be applied so that students are able to learn new things and develop
competencies in the easier manner without creating stress and facing difficulties in understanding
certain learning concepts.
Furthermore, other employers and professionals allow the university to know about the
requirements of the staff development so that organization is able to attract more number of
students that wish to achieve certain personal goals in the future. However, while partnering with
stakeholders it is required that organization analyse the current educational status before so that
best solutions that might be taken and implemented later on. Furthermore, through such efforts
the University than would be able to communicate about the learner progress and finds ways to
improve the motivation levels so that students is able to remain happy with current learning
courses (Mahmut, 2019.). Also, partnering bodies allow the students of the learning programme
to have the opportunity to participate in the group community projects where they are able to
learn how things are carried out practically and apply certain skills for carrying out the tasks
effectively. Further, certain awarding bodies when present awards to the students helps to make
the University level high in front of other stakeholders and maintain the morale of the
