of Wonboyn River Bridge had been developed for widening of the existing highway bridge over
the river. The Welbilt Pty Ltd had been planning for forming the construction of the bridge and
improving the travelling at the locations. The people had been able to improve their conveyance
with the help of the increased area for travelling. The report would include the work breakdown
structure construction of the project and identifying the probable construction of the highway
bridge. The network diagram had been developed using Ms-Project software and the report had
been developed on the proper management of the operations for the project.

Introduction
The specific project alignment would be effectively managed with the formation and
deployment for the alignment and influence management (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). The
construction management includes the successful integration and implication and listing probable
information management. The project plan development had been successfully implied with the
continuation of the successful project execution. The management of the construction projects
had been implied with the management of the probable information management for developing
the construction project execution (Raj and Wadsamudrakar 2018). The improvement of the
highway construction would be effectively managed with the consideration and utilization of the
successive project plan development.
The following assignment is effectively developed for considering the utilization of the
effective implication management. The improved functional development can be implied with

implied with the consideration of the factors and alignment of the activities. The report is implied
for taking care of the construction management and information development of activities of
