Continuous improvement and mange innovation is a process where business identify their
improvement and innovation this process is to achieve the higher goals and regular and frequent
improvement and innovation in the organization. This report includes the information about the
Woodhouse Recruitment that is based in central Melbourne and is a recruitment agency offering
recruitment services, including sourcing, screening and selecting candidates to meet clients’

Social media
Woodhouse recruitment company is not using social media for their clients or for their
own therefore, company need to improve this and adopt the social media for appoint and recruit
the staff and for requiring that can easily apply through online. There's also a draw back that
company staff, consultant who is not that much qualified to process the methods online. If
company want to develop social media or digital process in their company they need to teach
their employee or consultants for this process and for betterment of the company (Appel, 2020).
Implementation of social media strategy
Key factor for implementing social media in a business is time. Many businesses have online
presence, but they don't post or active on it.
Do company need social media:- for a consultant company nowadays this is important to adopt
a social media in the company for their betterment and efficiency.
Which type of channels company need:- Woodhouse recruiter need social media channel like
Facebook, LinkedIn , Instagram to grab the audience because majority of the people who want
job or consultancy are on these type of channels.
Set a goal:- for better outcome of the company. Company need to set a goal that how they'll
teach their consultant for implementing a online presence of the company and measure the actual

it can drive their business towards success.

Talk and engage:- for applying this company need to focus on their business strategy and their
competitor. For developing the sustainability in the business and business have to focus on the

Assess and prioritize:- it is mainly focused on the specific market where company want to target
and value chain of the company (Brunelli, and Di Carlo, 2020).
Commit and collaboration:- company should collaborate with their consultant to teach them new
techniques and innovation for the business improvement and build the right partnership and key
stakeholder of the company.

This method used by every company to transfer their service or product to ultimate consumer of
the company. The company used this method for providing their customer a good consultancy of
services.
Operational system:- company operational system include various steps such as;
Planning:- planning to develop the program regarding services of the company and sale them to
the customers.
Purchasing:- this step included in the operational system in the company which provides the
purchasing planning courses for the customers.
Product and service delivery:- company have their own service standard in which their own
website has delivery service standards. Company promise to their clients provide clear benefits
offer and give reliable services to the customer.
