INTRODUCTION
An Employment relationship is emphasis about legal link between employee and
employers. The roles and responsibilities in which person performs and attain their working
related target under certain terms and conditions as return they earned remuneration (Anner and
et. al., 2020). It differentiate to better understand concept of Employment relations where
particular organisation manager focuses on better coordination, equal pay structure and
disciplinary environment in workplace.
In this report, the organisation selected Aston Martin Holding plc, it is British based
independent manufacturer of luxury vintage, premium and sports cars. Aston Martin was
founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin (Béthoux and Mias., 2019). As total number of employees are
actively participate 2,450 with having revenue of 997.3 million pounds. The topics are covers
importance of employment relation along with application and examples. Different types of
right, duties and obligation of employer and employee. Conduct stakeholder analysis report in
perspective of stakeholder engagement and better contribution. Positive and negative employee
relationship to conflicts avoid resolution. The purpose of this report is towards company's
employee relationships along with roles and responsibility of stakeholder analysis.

examples as well as explain the fundamentals of employment law.
The term employee relations refers to company point of view that helps to manage
relationship between employees and employers. As in Aston Martin venture their employee
relations are follows rules and regulation which instructed or driven by organisation workplace
with provide positive working environment (Howell., 2020). To enhance workplace related
compliance regulation or laws are driven through employees and employers rights which is
concerned by Human resource department of Aston Martin.
Value and Importance of Employee relations. Better Communication: In any organisation effective communication plays an
important role while discussing important agendas between employee and manger to
having better clarity of objectives. Managers of Aston Martin also focuses to

communicate and clear out about workings aims or objectives to employees where they
can attain their targets as per accordingly. Employee engagement: It is form of different activities which is utilize by managers to
motivate employees and allows them to participate in group activity. From this group
activities employees interact with each other as well as making healthy relationship
(Huang and Verma., 2018). For Example of Aston Martin's Human resource manager
undertakes responsibility of conducting employee engagement activities which supports
to allows different benefits in terms of job satisfaction. Through this practice will create
good employee relations.
Appreciate employee productivity: By performing better in task to achieve successfully
overall objectives which enhance satisfaction and promotes employee reward. For
Example: as many organization are considered well organized in Aston Martin where
manager distribute work roles and responsibility to individual employee and they
highly engaged to earn profit, revenue and productivity.
Employment law: It is collective of law and rules that commence relationship between
employers and employees. Employment laws depicts about employee and employers where they
hire employee for presumes their duties. Therefore, Aston Martin also follows certain workplace
laws which is govern by United kingdom: Worker Discrimination Act: According to this act stats about responsibility of employer
to behave with their employees in fair and same manner. In organisation worker must not
discriminate in terms of gender, age, caste and color. As equal opportunities driven to
every organisation which emphasis growth and success. Equal Pay Act: In this act, when in organization two employees are assigned similar
duties and responsibility with equal wage or salary. Through this practice reduces the
clash factor and generates high influence of motivation as per interest to all workers. Working Time Directive act: This act comprises minimum working hours to workers at
workplace as per week. To accomplish legal existence an employee is having is restricted
to complete their working time which is calculated 48 hours in a weak. The staff member
can do work for more hours till their own capabilities.
Minimum Wages Act: Under this act particular government decides the minimum
amount of wages that is handed over to employer and employee (Jha and Singh., 2019).
