Introduction
Work and employment relationship can be defined as the collaborative
working among the employers and employees in order to maintain
harmony and productivity in an organization. Employment relationship is
important to maintain with the work and higher authorities so that the
employees who are in the executive department can work in an effective
manner for better sales and revenue generation (Aloisi and De Stefano,
2020). Therefore, the following discussion is based on the practical and
legal challenges in employment relationship and the recommendations to
a set of employment relations issues with proper findings and conclusion.
