Work based learning is the strategy that provide knowledge through real-life work
experiences, which can be helpful in technical and academic skills that help in developing the
employment skills for the specific job role. This is the series of the educational courses which
include the school and universities in the workplace to create better learning in the workplace.
This strategies will help in meeting the learner's need and the meet the requirement of the
industry with skilled and the talented employees in the organisation(Kokotsaki, Menzies and
Wiggins, 2016). Bkleen Detailing is the chosen organisation for this report, It is the car services
provider company in United Kingdom. It also provide various car related service like
maintenance, washing and servicing etc. This is the reflective report which explain the personnel
and professional development of the individual. It will also analyse the future career goal of the
individual that includes the staff manual, interviewing senior staff and conducting surveys of the
customer. Further more, It will analyse the proposed business plan that how motivation of the
employee can be done to enhance the overall efficiency of the business.
TASK 1
Desired future career role and personal as well as professional training required.
For any individual, It is necessary to have the personal and professional development for
securing the desired job role. The individual should have good understanding about the skills and
knowledge of the individual so that they can give their best to achieve the business goal. My goal
is to be a maintenance engineer at Bkleen Detailing, It is the fine car service provider and
provide all type car services and also concern with the maintenance of the cars across the United
Kingdom. This job will help me in increasing and enhancing the skills that will leads to make me
a good engineer and also enhance my knowledge with the guidance of the seniors and also help
me in personal development through various training and seminars. The company have the
skilled and intelligent employees who will help in my personal and professional development
(Kim, 2016).
I can take various training session for the development of my skills and leads to enhance
my knowledge. I can ask to my mentor to take my mock test for analysing the progress of myself
and measure that how much I have improved and progressed in my field. The most important

From the task it can be observed that major problem which has been existing within
Bkleen Detailing are low performance of employees and lack of communication (Ghufron and
Ermawati, 2018). This happened due to decrease in motivation and not having engagement with
commitments towards job. Also poor communication has made delay in transferring of
information related to the project which has made result to differ over task to be performed
within project. I have observed that various challenges is been affecting functioning with
performance of Bkleen Detailing . It my make drastic impact upon position of organization by
making competitors stay ahead of the organization. Lack of motivation among the staff
members was also a serious problem that the company was facing.
Since I have been working within Bkleen Detailing from some time and I have
recommended manager that employees were not performing with effectiveness which has been
analysed with the help of feedbacks related to performance in frequent manner. This made
changes possible within the task in appropriate manner. The feedbacks has been given on weekly
basis. I had recommended my manager that employees were not performing in frequent manner
which make adjusted over changes to be possible in carrying out tasks.

makes recommendation while enhancing success to be attained with growth by an organization.
This has helped in making employees capture there response upon results to be presented. This
will help the company in understanding which approach was successful and which ones should
be revised. Graphs are other effective tools that can be used by the company for the same.
This has made observation about the motivation upon employees which went up from
55% to 90% that made involvement of employees in decision making which encourages ideas
and thoughts to be expressed. This can be explained with the help of a bar-chart.
