Work based experience in today's competitive environment is referred as a significant

research work to find out the most suitable firms of tours and travels in UK. Here, primary
method of researcher has rendered me a vital sense of refereeing to my colleagues and peers who
have suggested me some commendable names. However, I have together gone for a secondary
measure of researching at my own level where I have opted to use some eminent resources of
internet (Chen, 2014). Social media and official websites of all existent tour operators have
enormously aided me into it. Both primary and secondary base of enquiring have cogitated me
about a popular tour organisation, First Choice in UK which is famously known for its leading
recognition in the market.
First Choice was thus considered to be the best suited organisation for me where I can
successfully fulfil my hope of positioning on the profile of HR manager in the future. This firm
is however selected by me for a specific ground of their outstanding services to their clients and
customers where they together refer their workforce as the most prominent asset of their
organisation. I was together impressed by their varied range of functionalities where they mainly
refer to work in dynamic culture of working with the people who belongs to distinct cultural
facets (Grimm and Railsback, 2013). This is definitely a benefited consideration for me where I
can epochally raise my future career prospective. They however designate the employees with a
proficient background of their education where such assistance from professionals will largely
