ownership and poor challenging work topic, a feeling of been just "executors")
How to tackle this problem?
When the employees is feeling job enablement and also having the factors of just been
the executors then this respective problem can be tackled by analysing the skills of them and also
get to know what are the factors by which they are feeling low work ownership which is also
leading to have the higher consideration of the workplace in an appropriate manner. This also
leads to have the better approached in knowing the fuller considertion of the particular problem.
How to make team members to take/feel ownership in their work?
Employees must share their vision so that an employer can comply with that in an easy
apporach and also leads to have the better results in attaing the individual and company's goal.
Organisation must focuses on having fuller involvement of the emoloyees in goal setting so that
They can feel values and appreacited at the workplace. Employer must deligate the authority and
thrust them before giving complete responsibility to them. This also helps them to feel
ownership in their working and also reflect the overall consideration of their bettet results.
How can team members be taken more into account in the work definition
and breakdown?
There are various approaches by which an organization can right manage the workload and also
brekdown in to small units so that they cannreach to their desired objective. Employer must
understand the capacity and the overall workload of the team so that they cannmake the
particular plan in order to complete the given project on time in an easy approach. Then they
must determine the time and the scope of work in an appropriate manner by which they can
rightly manage the working of the company in an apporpiate manner. This also leads to have the
effective working within the workplace.
How to help team members to get the “bigger picture”?
The employers must look at the people who is hvaing vision in their operations and ask
them to help others by which they can rightly delegate to their staff in getting effcetive working
with the help of communication to their colleagues. Reward such people who are emphasizing on

The employer must focuses on paying according to the worth of the emoloyees so that

so that they can positively reach to their desired goal in an appropriate manner. They must offer
them some of the opportunities for their career enhancement and self development.
