It is important for the organisation to make the

reducing stress.

Nature and impact of work related stress
Work related stress occurs when employees of the
company feels that they are unable to fulfil the
demands of their job or the work pressure is excessive
on employees.
Some employees take work demands as a challenge
and feel motivated to complete the job whereas others
feel stress which impact on their physical as well as
mental health. It is important for the organisation to
identify whether their workforce is taking pressure as
motivational factor or as stress factor.
