INTRODUCTION
Environment in which business activity operates is known as Business environment.
Goldsmiths, University of london is a education institute based in london founded by Will Alsop
in the year 1891. Reports highlights the sector in which organisation deal and the roles and
responsibilities of Assistant academic and then reports goes on too show different aspect of team
and working alone. Report also highlights the importance of feedback and in the end shows how
conflict occur and way to resolve it.

Goldsmiths, University of London operates in a educational sector. Educational sector is a sector
in which institution provides education to the personal in a institutional body. Education sector
plays a vital part in development of countries economy as they are the initial learning providing
sector. Education sector includes school, University, training providing institution and ministry
of education (Nguyen, 2016).
Role and Responsibilities of Assistant Academic
Assistant Academic has variety of roles and responsbilities in the institution which include
providing instruction or assistant to a faculty member in the institutional, assitant academic assist
and help academic counselor in completing regular task and also provides support to the dean of
education by ensuring proper scheduling of a academic pogram in a institution. Assistant
academic also make sure of timely supply of study material and books to the faculty, Assistant
academic also assist teacher in keeping records of a student progress toward the educational
goal. In some institution responsiblities of assistant academic also include student work
evaluation, Conference of students and also supervises the performance of class room incharge
and section incharge (Siems and et.al.,2017). Assistant academic also provides feedback to the
professor about the perfrmance of the student in the institution. Assistant academic also schedule
the lesson as per the calendar to complete lesson on time.

Professor/Teacher: They are having the roles of providing learning to the personal in the
institution but at the other hand Assistant academic helps the teacher by scheduling timely lesson
and evaluating the performance of student at regular interval (Lekberg and et.al., 2018).
Dean: Dean of the institution is responsible for taking the management decision and involves in
discussion with the faculty in deciding the upcoming step to take forward the academics in the
institution, on the other hand Assistant academic only assist the dean to schedule the academic
program on time.
Manager: Manager has a responsibilities to lead the institution by his leadership skill and make
sure of the quality assurance in the firm by regularly evaluating the performance of the
institution but on the other hand Assistant academic helps manager in doing that by providing
feedback of activities going in the institution.
TASK 2
Meaning of team dynamic: it helps to work in team rather than an individual. it provides the
nature of work provided by team. It affects the behaviour of an individual (Kozlowski, 2015).
Working with a team gives new ideas and innovation. Working with a team gives a healthy
enviornment. In team dynamic two or more people working together to achieve specific goal.it
influences the behaviour. It depends on nature and personalities within the team. Their working
relationship with other people and enviornment in which they work. Co-workers from different
fields work together they have different innovative and ideas (Team Dynamic, 2013).
Benefits of working alone : the plus point of working alone is the person need not to
answerable to someone else. The person has full credit. Individual can easy to focus on whatever
task assign to them. Individual has the right to decide what to do and when to do. Goldsmith
university of London work individually (Baillien and et.al.,2016). Individual become
independent. There is no outside pressure. The working is very fast. No distribution of work.
Benefits with working with others: Creativity arises when working with a team . Goldsmith
university of London maximize shared knowledge in the workplace. The Goldsmith helps to
learn new skills in the company. Being able to share thoughts with other members .working
together builds talent with their teamwork. Do not hesitate the abilities with the team by
observing the skills how to combine the skill and become a stronger team. Teamwork stablish
good relation with your co workers. Working with a team also provides safety. Teamwork helps
in developing new skill (Nguyen, 2016).
