INTRODUCTIONBusiness environment is a sum of external and internal factors which can affect theprofitability or productivity of organisation in positive or negative manner. In addition, a largenumber of employees and teams are working for the organisation so as to overcome the negativeinfluences of factors of surrounding environment of a firm. Present report is based on BPPuniversity which is a private organisation and provides services in educational sector along withbased in UK. This report will describes operating sector of organisation, main responsibilities ofassistant academic along with team dynamics. Benefits of giving and receiving feedback alongwith feedback on achievement of objectives will also covered in this assignment.TASK 11.1 Sector in which BPP university is operatingBPP university is private university that provides education in business, finance,accountancy, technology, nursing and healthcare. Organisation is a part of BPP holdings limitedwhich is UK based provider of professional and academic education. BPP holdings is asubsidiary of American private higher educational group i.e. Apollo Global.
