IT in the process of recruitment
In the process of recruitment, technology helps in improving a req which will be open
and this is done with the help of a software (The Process Consultant 2019). Technology also
helps in improving all the sourcing candidates using a software of the rediscovery of talent and it
can even improve all the screening candidates with the help of an intelligent software for
screening (KUTLU 2018). IT has further improved the interviewing candidates using automated
recruiter chatbots or an automated scheduling of interview. This particularly shows how IT plays
an important role in the recruitment process.
IT in the process of transactions
The transaction processing system which is based upon computer helps in accounting for
several transactions on its particular records (Freund, JP Morgan Chase Bank 2014). IT based
transaction processing system helps a lot to tie together both the customers as well as the
suppliers more closely with the transaction TPS of any organization via several linkages which
are electronic. Manual systems mostly represent huge number of problems which are solved
easily with the help of computer as well as several technologies of communication. Therefore,
this also shows that IT plays an important role in business processes.
IT in the management of data
It has been noticed that the days of huge file rooms and document mailing are fading
faster. Nowadays, most of the organizations are storing documents in a digital version on several
storage devices as well as servers (Kwon, Lee and Shin 2014). With the help of data
management system, organizations are being able to both maintain and store huge amount of

data economically and employees are receiving huge benefits from an immediate access to all the
preferred documents which they actually need. Documents become available instantly to each
and everyone within the company regardless of any location. This also shows that IT plays an
important role in managing huge amount of data.
IT in account payable process
It can be said without any doubt that technology plays a very important role in preventing
any fraud in account payable process. Both automation as well as technology have helped in
slacking out the manual processing and making it possible for an invoice to be easily processed
within a small fraction of time (Avram and Traistaru 2014). The process of automation helps in
incorporating controls and in enabling the integration of both simple as well as complex
verifications during the procedure. This also shows that IT also plays an important role in the
account payable process.
