IntroductionWorking with and leading people presents various functions of the concerned company Skechersbased at UK. The company is a global company and is involved in the development, design,marketing and distribution of various footwear for women, men and children. Besides this, thecompany operates in the performance and lifestyle product categories that involve differentbrands a product lines such as Skechers Sport, BOBS from Skechers, Skecher kids and someother. At present time, the company is going through an effective restructuring process in thisway it would be effective for the company y to make an effective move and move the work asper the needs of the customers (Breaugh, 2017). For this purpose, the study focuses on thepreparation of documentation so that, the company will be able to select and recruit new staff forstore manager. Along with this, various leadership styles and theories will be presented in thisstudy as the manager requires leadership styles to lead and manage the staffs in the stores. Asidefrom this, the study will focus in the factors to monitor and assess the performance work of themanagers and the leaders in the concerned company. Task 1 1.1 Documentation for selecting and recruiting new member to staffRecruitment is the method of attracting a number of candidates for the available vacancy in thecompany. According to the viewpoint of Breaugh (2013), the human resource departmentgenerally performs the part of the work. This process generally called as the positive method as itattracts many candidates towards the vacant position. On the other hand, selection is the processto shortlist appropriate candidates from the all applicants. However, it can be mentioned as thenegative process as it involves with rejection process. It is worth noting that, the selectionprocess is followed by recruitment process.
