INTRODUCTION
For each person, this is vital to maximise its competencies, understandings and capabilities
as well as for instance they have to contact to effective mentor, teacher and others individuals. It
is so as these people would assists them to develop their skills and they also direct them to
growth efficaciously as well as become successful in their life (Baeten and et. al., 2020).
Additionally, the mentor, teacher and coach also aids individuals and students in this so that they
can able to accomplish its desires objectives. Also they assist them in solving students’ problems.
As per the scenario, the report is upon understanding the importance of teacher, coach and
mentor into student life such as Aran, Lissa and Cassie. The topics which are going to be covered
in this report are accountabilities, effectiveness and comparison among teacher, mentor and
coach as well as this would incorporate tactics for accomplishing the requirements of learner,
resources required through multi agency approach as well as aspects that influence process of
referral. Apart from this, this would involve procedures included into one to one teaching,
coaching and mentoring importance of this one to one learning as well as teaching
circumstances, areas for development and action plan are also discussed in this report.

There are various accountabilities which are performed through mentor, teacher and coach
while performing with students or person. Moreover, coaches’ accountabilities are to facilitate
support and direct all students as well as they also have to assure that they are involved with
them in order to attain its determined objectives. In addition to this, coach would have
knowledge regarding students’ barriers as well as renders them blueprint for obviating barriers so
that they could able to learn effectively in order to develop their career (Delgado, 2020). Also,
coach highlights various opportunities of growth to student through determining several
networks associated to those and perform one to one observation for understanding the problems
as well as perspective of student thereafter accordingly facilitates solution to them. Whereas on
other side, mentor accountabilities are to understand their student and its interest into its life as
well as learning and consequently perform advocating for student for assuring that others
teachings staff have knowledge of its learning, desires, interest and many more. Beside this,
mentors accountabilities is to meet student continuously for checking they are performing their

work effective or not in order to accomplish its future expectations. They also renders students
inputs in their education plan and it also participate within student support group meeting for
facilitating advice to student as per its desires.
Along with this, teachers accountabilities are they have to plan and prepare effective
materials for study based upon assigned course and also develop their curriculum appropriately
so that student can bale to do their studies accordingly (Gibbons and Farley, 2020). Furthermore,
teachers also prepare and execute effective tactics for developing independent learner or self
accountable one. This is also the accountability of teacher is to facilitates opportunities to
students for accessing resources, technology and information in order to resolve issues
appropriately.
