INTRODUCTION
Learning is the process that involves developing skills and knowledge that are necessary
to improve the position and performance of an individual. All the learners are different from one
another and there is need of understanding their attitude or behaviour so that better learning takes
place (Gustafsson and Deliwe, 2020). The learning resources helps to teach all the students in
effective manner and develop them. Education is necessary for the learners and is provided by
teacher, coach and mentor. The evaluation regarding the responsibility of a coach, mentor and
teacher is done. The effectiveness of teaching for the learners is mentioned. There is need of
resources that will help to meet the multi-agency approach. The referral process and its influence
on the learners is mentioned. The curriculum requirements are also analysed so that better
teaching takes place. The effectiveness of one to one teaching examined in the report. The areas
of improvement are also analysed in order to enhance them. The plan to gain opportunities in the
learning and etching situations are mentioned.

TASK 1
1.1 Summarise the responsibilities of a coach, mentor and teacher in relation to working with
individual learners
There is key role teaching in the life of students and there is need of managing the work
and providing effective learning position. It is seen that, serving the requirements of individual
learners is necessary for the teachers so that better learning is provided to them. Every teacher is
important for the success of learners and they have different roles in their life. The responsibility
of mentor are as follows:
Helping the students: It is important to understand the needs and wants of the students
so that better environment is provided to them. It is seen that all the learners have their own
problems and the mentor has to understand the problems of the individual learns (Burke and
Larmar, 2021). The mentor solves their problems and give them solution so that better learning

takes place. This is necessary to motivate the students and to provide them effective learning
situation.
Provide guidance to the learners: The individual learners are in need of advice and
guidance. The mentor know their career goals and mist provide them guidance and actions that
will help them to attain the same. There is key role of working with consistency so that better
learning takes place. It is necessary to always be at side of the learners and motivate them to
achieve their objectives effectively.
The responsibility of coach are as follows:
Promoting learner’s autonomy: making the learners independent is necessary. The
coach has to give order to the learners that will help them to achieve a position that is necessary.
The learners also have their own responsibility that they can achieve by working effectively. The
coach helps them to understand their problems and then take necessary actions to solve the same.
To supervise: All the students work to carry on the assigned duties and there is need to
supervise them. It is important to keep an eye on the work done by them so that they are able to
achieve the same effectively. Monitoring the work is an important task that will help them to
carry on efforts in suitable manner.
The responsibility of teacher are as follows:
Giving impressive learning experience: It becomes necessary to check the learning
experience pf the students. The teacher provides good knowledge of the subject matter. It is seen
that they always use best available technology and resources that is necessary to enhance the
learning experience for the students (Davis, 2021). The engagement activities are necessary to
provide impressive learning experience for the learners.
Evaluating performance: The regular feedback is also necessary to know about their
performance. The teachers provide education to the students and check that they are able to grab
the same effectively or not. It becomes necessary to evaluate the overall position of the students
at the time of learning and check their learning objectives.
2.1 Understand how to select strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
The strategies play a critical role in serving the individual needs of the students. It becomes
necessary to set the actions that are important for the learners so that better practices takes place.
The best suitable strategies help to provide best to the students. There is need of programmes that
